Command Software And Toughbook Hardware At Texas Fire Officer Conference
(CHANDLER, AZ – March 23, 2001) - FieldSoft, Inc., announced today that it will show FDonScene software, a new Tactical Survey and Preplan Wizard application, and Panasonic Toughbook computers, to fire service executives attending the Texas Fire Officer Conference and Exhibition, April 3 through April 6, at the YO Ranch Resort Hotel in Kerrville, Texas.
The annual event is again hosted by the Texas Fire Chiefs Association. The Conference will kick off with a golf tournament on April 3. An "ISO: Lessons Learned" workshop and a "Critical Stress Management" workshop are planned. Other scheduled presentations include "Fire Department Customer Service " by Phoenix Fire Chief Alan Brunacini.
The latest version of FDonScene incident command, responder accountability, and preplan browser software will be demonstrated during exhibit hours. Moreover, FieldSoft will conduct the first public demonstrations of its' recently announced Tactical Survey and Preplan Wizard. The new software Wizard makes it feasible for almost any person to easily create a local web site, for the fast and simple retrieval and display of fire department preplans or law enforcement tactical surveys. The software will be shown on Mil-Std-810E ruggedized Toughbook computers from Panasonic.
