Deployment Assistance Program Available for AIMSonScene ICS Software
(CHANDLER, AZ – April 21, 2006) - FieldSoft, Inc. announced today that it will shortly offer a new deployment assistance program for AIMSonSceneSU and AIMSonSceneP2P incident command system (ICS) software customers. The program is intended to help customers deploy software in record time. The program will be modeled after a portion of an independent product evaluation by the U.S.A.F. Operational Test and Evaluation Center (AFOTEC), which found that “shift commanders were routinely using the [FieldSoft] software by their third shift”.
“Many agencies have successfully deployed AIMSonScene software using either a no charge telephone based coaching session, or through purchase of an optional training class”, according to FieldSoft founder Mark Bouchard. “Other prospects and customers have been telling us however, that they need more comprehensive help. Help that would take into account the fact that department members have little free time to learn and roll out new technology”, Bouchard added.
The new program will meet the stated need via three days of focused software deployment services. FieldSoft will teach customers how to use the software on the first day, help them set it up for use on the second day, and then lead them through practice for proficiency drills and tabletop exercises on the third day. The three part program will ensure that the software is ready for routine use by incident command staff at the start of the fourth day.
AIMSonScene software continues to be the faster, simpler, and easier alternative to tactical worksheets and tactical marker boards. The new deployment assistance program will endure that software rollout will be even faster, simpler and easier than before.
