ICS Software Now Includes An Automated ICS Form 207

(CHANDLER, AZ – April 24, 2006) - FieldSoft, Inc. announced today that AIMSonSceneMU (multi-user) software has been enhanced to include an automated ICS Form 207 “Incident Organization Table”. The new feature augments the automated ICS 201 "Incident Briefing" form already in AIMSonScene.

“The ability for all first response agencies nationwide to quickly, simply and easily generate ICS forms became unquestionable with release of the National Incident Management System (NIMS)”, stated FieldSoft founder Mark Bouchard who added “FieldSoft then decided that automated forms had to be added to our software in order to further reduce command staff work load”.

The greatest benefit of the enhancement is realized by first responders. Command staff can now devote even greater attention to responder safety and survival issues since both automated forms substantially reduce command post or area command center workload; while simultaneously increasing command staff incident awareness.

Many so called ICS software applications include blank ICS forms that can be filled out by hand. FieldSoft’s AIMSonScene software however, is the only tested and proven product available today that automatically generates both ICS 201 and ICS 207 forms. Command staff can for example, add individual resources to an incident, assign the resources to divisions or groups, add or insert sections to oversee branches responsible for divisions, groups or units; and have the incident organization automatically reflected in an ICS 207 and an ICS 201. Moreover, all command staff activities can typically be completed without ever touching a pen, white board, or computer keyboard.

AIMSonScene continues to be the faster, simpler, and easier alternative to manual systems. The enhancement announced today merely reinforces the quick and simple nature of the ICS software.
