Emergency Technologies Inc., Is Now An AIMSonScene VAR
(CHANDLER, AZ – March 10, 2009) – FieldSoft, Inc., announced today that it and Emergency Technologies Inc. (ETI) have executed a formal agreement. The agreement establishes ETI as FieldSoft’s newest value added reseller (VAR) of AIMSonScene incident command system (ICS) software.
ETI’s Visual Fire™ records management system (RMS) and Visual EMS™ (emergency medical service) software are arguably the most robust field-based reporting applications in the industry. The two applications provide customers with the same capabilities in the field that they accomplish on desktop computers, when combined through ETI's Mobile application. Incident reporting, equipment maintenance, fire investigations, electronic patient care reporting, equipment inventory, a master names and master locations feature, and more are available through ETI’s fire service solutions.
According to ETI’s President and CEO, Kyle Breischaft, “the reseller agreement is another example of ETI’s efforts to make best of breed technology available to users in the fire service”.
AIMSonScene incident command system (ICS) software automates ICS processes and replaces tactical worksheets and marker boards. FieldSoft’s application programming interface (API) to AIMSonScene opens up the product for interfaces and integration. Interface and integration examples, include the Grace Industries In- TPASS wireless personnel accountability system, and the Motorola® Fireground Communication System respectively.
ETI and FieldSoft plan to leverage the technology that each company brings to the fire service table”, stated FieldSoft co-founder Mark Bouchard. The companies will jointly identify complimentary features within the products first, followed by interface development next.
