ICS Software To UICDS Middleware Interface Now Available
(CHANDLER, AZ – April 30, 2012) - FieldSoft, Inc., announced today that it has developed a software application that sits between AIMSonScene ICS software and UICDS (Unified Incident Command and Decision Support) middleware. The new software sends AIMSonScene incident data to a designated UICDS server. The new interface can also be used to access and display then current AIMSonScene data previously received and processed by a UICDS server.
New customers on or after May 1, 2012 - and existing customers who have a current AIMSonScene support subscription as of April 30, 2012 - can obtain the software for no charge. New customers may include a request for the interface within their purchase order, while current SSSE customers need only send an email request to FieldSoft.
UICDS is non-proprietary (AKA - vendor neutral) middleware that continuously receives and shares standardized data among many agencies during an incident. Sharing takes place between new or legacy applications that send data to UICDS middleware, while other new or existing applications with UICDS interfaces read and act upon the data.
